Pressing L1 on PlayStation 4 or L on PlayStation Vita to make all of the Exemplars block enemy attacks. Blocking reduces damage, but Exemplars do not recover AP while blocking. If you time your block right before an enemy strikes, your block will stagger a foe or reflect a projectile! Triggering a perfect block also recovers 1 AP for all Exemplars.
